Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Email us at NDMarketingManager@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as the email address associated with your account and any relevant business name.

What we may delete

• Account profile information
• Uploaded photos and creative assets
• Saved settings, drafts, and related account content
• Other data associated with your use of the service, subject to legal or operational retention needs

What we may retain

We may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, detect abuse, maintain security, or keep required backup or transactional records for a limited period.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time.

Important reminder

The service is not intended for patient data, PHI, or sensitive health records. Do not upload that type of data to the service.
